• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Animus Webs.
• Changes to completed orders or projects may incur additional charges, subject to the discretion of the Animus Webs support team, until and unless stated in writing by us.
• All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports provided by Animus Webs are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without our written consent. Excluding the reports that are exclusively for your business and you have rights to share on your website or online store

Limitation of Liability

Animus Webs shall not be liable to clients for any damages, including but not limited to direct, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services. Clients assume all risks associated with the use of our services.

Non-Disclosure

While Animus Webs does not require clients to sign individual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), we treat all client information with full non-disclosure respect. We undertake not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the written consent of the client.

Restrictions

Animus Webs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for websites in illegal or offensive industries. This includes but is not limited to websites containing illegal content, products, services, or items that promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence.

By using our services, clients agree to receive emails from Animus Webs, including order notifications, system updates, new services, offers, or educational material. This specifies the types of emails that clients may receive from Animus Webs. These emails may include:
